Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind. It may help with some of the following:

Help with sleep and relaxation: Chamomile infusion is widely thought to help people relax and fall asleep, drinking its infusion has been shown to improve overall sleep quality.

Promote Digestive System Health: may protect against diarrhea, stomach ulcers, nausea and gas, likely due to its anti-inflammatory effects.

Reduce menstrual pain: Several studies have linked chamomile infused tea to reduced severity of periods cramps. Women in the study also reported less anxiety and distress associated with period pain.

Treat Cold symptoms: Drinking a hot cup of chamomile helps in cold. You can also inhale steam from tea to ease nasal congestion, a runny nose and sore throat.

Aid in diabetes management and lowering blood sugar: Consistent consumption of chamomile infused tea might prevent blood sugar from increasing. especially when it’s consumed with a meal.

Help in slowing or preventing osteoporosis: Osteoporosis is the progressive loss of bone density. While anyone can develop osteoporosis, it is most common among postmenopausal women. Chamomile helps promote bone density.

Brewing instructions: 

Our herbs are easy to brew and can be enjoyed hot or cold, depending on your preference. Add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the tea leaves and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes.  

All our herbs can be re-brewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.
