Aromatic Himalayas was born in the calm and pure air of the mountains I call home—Himachal Pradesh. Growing up surrounded by big mountains, I always felt that the Himalayas had a way of healing without words.
But like many of us, I stepped into a fast-paced life—deadlines, responsibilities, stress, and the constant rush of city living. The peace of the mountains became a memory I carried quietly inside.
Then came the COVID pandemic — a time when the world paused. In that pause, I returned to my roots. That is when I met farmers and women growers who were cultivating medicinal & aromatic plants under CSIR-Mission Aroma.
These fields were not just crops—they were fields of hope. Hope for healthier lifestyles. Hope for livelihood. Hope for simplicity.
And something shifted in me. I realized that the world didn’t just need products—it needed healing experiences. Gentle ones. Pure ones. Natural ones. Ones that bring us back to ourselves. So I created Aromatic Himalayas—to bring the calm of the mountains into everyday homes.

“Aromatic Himalayas” didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began in the misty fields of the Himalayas with nature’s quiet magic.
Nestled in the serene hills of Himachal Pradesh, something was progressively changing. Under CSIR IHBT’s Mission Aroma, local farmers were shifting from conventional farming to cultivating aromatic plants like lavender, chamomile, rose, rosemary, and lemongrass.
It was more than just a crop shift—it was a movement. A movement toward sustainability, better income, and wellness for both the growers and the users. I knew I had found my purpose.
And so, Aromatic Himalayas was born—not just as a brand, but as a bridge between the hardworking hands of Himalayan farmers and the modern homes seeking calm. We work directly with these farmers, ensuring fair practices, fresh harvests, and authentic aromatherapy experiences.
Each product we craft is infused with science, backed by CSIR IHBT, and made from pure herbs, hydrosols, and essential oils—free from chemicals or artificial fragrances.
