What does an Eye Pillow do?

How to use an Eye Pillow
Use a Lavender Eye Pillow to help with eye fatigue, tension, headaches, anxiety and insomnia. Use as a heat pack, cold compress, or at room temperature.
- Heat Therapy: Heat the pillow in microwave for 20-30 seconds for a wonderfully warming relaxation, reducing tightness in the muscles and to relieve dry eyes strained by a long day in front of a screen. This is also beneficial in congestion and sinus.
- Cold compress: Cool it in the freezer for min 1 hour for migraine relief, eye inflammation and to reduce puffy eyes and appearance of dark circles.
- At room temperature: Use during Yoga Nidra practice or restorative yoga or meditation class, for removal of light, stimulation & tension.
Gently squeeze the pillow before use, to strengthen the fragrance of lavender.
